Warde Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Windham, NH is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our exceptional care team.
Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering both short-term rehab and long-term care. We provide a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are truly known, respected, and cared for according to their individual needs. We are proud to be part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire’s continuum of care.
We are looking for part-time LNAs on 1st shift and 3rd shift.

Competitive Pay;
· Base Rates from $25.00/hr. to $29.92/hr. depending on experience, for part-time, plus shift differentials!!!
· Base + Shift Differentials $2.00 to $3.50/depending on shift
· Per Diem LNA, Base + $3.25 Extra per hour

In addition to standard LNA/CNA duties, you will:
- Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the start and end of each shift
- Review care plans daily to ensure individualized, appropriate care
- Observe residents frequently throughout your shift to ensure needs are being met
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards
- Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Encourage residents to maintain independence and function at their highest level
Requirements:
· Must be at least 18
· Must have High school graduate or GED
· Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
