We’re looking for a Family Law Attorney to join our team, focusing on legal matters.
Responsibilities include representing clients in divorce, adoption, and child custody cases; having courtroom experience and a solid understanding of the court system; guiding clients through legal procedures; preparing and drafting legal documents like custody and prenuptial agreements; advising on business and legal transactions; and negotiating settlements.
Qualifications include prior family law experience, familiarity with a variety of legal documents, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
