We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our client on a contract basis. Based in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, this role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in Finance and Accounting, coupled with expertise in NetSuite system optimization and reporting. The selected candidate will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing financial workflows, improving data accuracy, and optimizing system capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end ERP projects, focusing on NetSuite enhancements and finance-related workflows.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable system requirements.
• Design, refine, and maintain NetSuite financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches.
• Streamline critical financial processes, including month-end close, revenue recognition, and accounts payable/receivable workflows.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting reporting improvements to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Coordinate with external vendors or NetSuite partners to implement system upgrades and integrations.
• Monitor project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
• Develop strategies to enhance overall system performance and support organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices during system optimization efforts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management, with a focus on NetSuite systems.
• Strong functional expertise in Finance and Accounting processes.
• Proficiency with NetSuite CRM and financial reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for data accuracy and system optimization.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with external vendors or system partners to implement upgrades and integrations.
