Job DescriptionMeridian Associates, Inc. is a regionally recognized civil engineering and land surveying practice specializing in land development, site and infrastructure design, renewable energy development, and 3D laser scanning surface technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple civil/site development projects from conception through completion.
- Focus on stormwater management and site development to ensure project compliance and sustainability.
- Navigate and manage permitting processes to facilitate project progress.
- Interface directly with clients to discuss project needs, updates, and future opportunities.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines effectively to meet company and client expectations.
- Explore and implement new opportunities for the company’s growth and project diversity.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector, particularly in site development.
- MA PE License required (or eligibility for reciprocity if licensed out of state).
- Soil Evaluator License is preferred or a willingness to pursue it.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate project teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
- Proven track record in managing project timelines and budgets.
