Schulte Staffing supports a North Shore client seeking a detail-obsessed Electro-Mechanical Cable Fabrication Specialist. If precision, repeatability, and quality are your trademarks, read on.

You will

• Build cable assemblies to prints and drawings in accordance with manufacturing work instructions and ECNs
• Measure and cut wire, cable, and inner/outer jackets to specified lengths
• Terminate and crimp terminals both manually and using machinery
• Solder terminals and plugs per spec
• Diagnose and repair rejected product to meet quality standards

You have

• 1–2 years of related experience (preferred)
• Skill in reading and interpreting detailed specifications, prints, and drawings
• Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand–eye coordination
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Solid basic math skills for measurement and verification
• Required: hands-on cable soldering experience
• Comfort using micrometers, calipers, and wire strippers

Logistics

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 1st, 7:00am–3:30pm
• Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour DOE
