Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Key responsibilities include performing rapid triage and initial stabilization, airway management and ventilator support as needed, initiating IV access, administering trauma and emergency medications, and monitoring evolving patient status in real time. You’ll participate in debriefings, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice changes that elevate care in urgent settings.
