Job Description
We are looking for a full-time, hard working person to join our team. You will be a part of our production team making different kinds of fresh sausages for our retail and wholesale operation, as well as cutting and preparing various meats for sale. The job includes packaging, linking sausage, cutting meat, mixing batches according to our family recipes, and deep cleaning / sanitation. The ideal candidate will be able to:
-work in a cold environment
- work without the use of a cell phone (unless on break or for emergencies)
- lift up to 75 lbs.
- have a positive attitude
- have food service experience
-speak and understand english
- be authorized to work in the United States
-get to work on time and do the job as described
-work alone and collaboratively
