Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Natick & Needham, MA
Job Type - Full-time (40 hrs) or Part-time (up to 20 hrs)
Shift - Typically M-F, 8-4 or 9-5, with flexibility for Residential trainings
Summary
Are you a dedicated Behavior Analyst looking to make a positive impact in the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities and autism? We are hiring for a full-time or part-time BCBA to join our community-based program across our two locations in Natick and Needham, MA. This role offers a collaborative environment, strong support from leadership, and opportunities to develop and supervise staff.
Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using direct and indirect methods

Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans and guidelines

Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) (mandatory)

Provide staff training in Positive Behavioral Supports, data collection, behavior guidelines, and crisis response

Collect, graph, and analyze behavior data to inform decision-making

Collaborate with families, guardians, and residential staff to support participant needs

Assist in behavioral crisis situations as needed

Maintain a valid Safety Care certification and attend Human Rights Committee/clinical review meetings

Perform additional duties in line with organizational mission and philosophy
Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

Current BCBA license and certification (must be maintained annually)

LABA or LMHC licensure required

Must be able to supervise RBTs (mandatory)

At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism (new grads considered with supervision eligibility)

Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations (6-7 miles apart)

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally
