Adecco is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Billerica, MA to bring on a Quality Inspector on 1st shift. This is a direct hire position!
Position: Quality Inspector
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday
Pay: $25-$32 an hour Depending on relatable experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a formalized FDA or ISO Quality Management System and the ability to perform inspections independently. This role involves conducting first-piece and final inspections, maintaining proper documentation, assisting in the creation of inspection procedures, and writing non-conformance reports as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process first-piece and final inspections in accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of inspection results.
- Assist in developing and updating inspection procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Write non-conformance reports and support corrective action processes as required.
- Utilize standard measuring equipment such as comparators, micrometers, and gages to verify product specifications.
- Work independently while collaborating with the quality and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working within an FDA or ISO-regulated Quality Management System.
- CMM/Micro-Vu experience desired.
- Proficiency in using standard measuring equipment such as comparators, micrometers, and gages.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Ability to document detailed inspection results accurately.
- ASQ certification is a plus.
- Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Quality Inspector.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $34.00 per hour
