Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry Intermediate Care Unit night shift assignment requiring a NH or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) with telemetry monitoring
- 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Care for intermediate acuity patients requiring cardiac monitoring
- Provide direct patient care to adults with intermediate acuity and telemetry needs
- Follow all hospital and unit-specific policies
- Appropriate support and orientation provided on arrival
- Travelers are not considered local if residing more than 50 miles from the facility
\n \n Requirements\n
- Active NH or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Intermediate Care or telemetry required
- Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Certification required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Must provide complete employment documentation including US SSN and DOB
- References required per state guidelines (two for Florida/Missouri, one for others)
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
