Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time) – Essex County, MA
We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative, mission-driven team serving individuals with complex communication and feeding needs. Position Highlights:
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Multidisciplinary teamwork with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, educators, and medical staff
- Opportunities to work with AAC users and individuals with dysphagia

Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing assessments and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and participate in ongoing training
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience with AAC and dysphagia a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
