Job Details:

• Work in the Farnum Rehabilitation Center Inpatient Unit specializing in Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicine, Physical Medicine Rehabilitation and Psychiatry
\n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• Must be willing to float - will move to a float position in mid-February
\n• May assume charge role responsibilities
\n• 2+ years current Med Surg experience required
\n• Charge RN experience required
\n• Experience with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehab, trauma and other serious injury required
\n• EPIC experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
\n• New Hampshire nursing license required
\n• Must have own vehicle for transportation as facility is in area without Uber or public transportation
\n• Cannot reside within 50 miles of facility (no local travelers)
\n• Maximum 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
\n• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
\n• All medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
\n• Block scheduling will not be accommodated
