Job Title: Senior Salesforce Architect

Job Overview
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Senior Salesforce Architect for an exciting job in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce technical architecture, solution design, and development strategy across the organization

Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators

Ensure best practices, code quality, scalability, and architectural consistency across all teams

Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, OmniStudio, and OmniScript
-
Review and approve development work including Apex, LWC, automation, integrations, and OmniScripts
-
Monitor and track development activities across internal and vendor teams to ensure alignment with standards and timelines
-
Architect and lead integrations between Salesforce and Snowflake, ensuring secure and scalable data flow
-
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and third-party systems

Own environment strategy including sandbox management, version control, metadata deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Copado
-
Lead release management activities including pipeline governance, promotion strategy, quality checks, and vendor coordination

Partner with Project Managers to document and communicate technical deliverables, risks, and dependencies

Perform advanced Salesforce administration including security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data integrity
-
Conduct technical audits of automation, code, integrations, and configurations to identify risks and improvements

Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment notes

Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices and recommend platform enhancements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience

8+ years of experience designing and implementing complex system integrations

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage technical delivery across multiple teams

Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, OmniStudio, and OmniScript

Expert-level experience with Copado, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release management
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, SSO, and data modeling
-
Experience with enterprise-level reporting and data management best practices

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive solutions from design through deployment

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Architect) strongly preferred
-
Experience with MuleSoft for API-led integrations and enterprise connectivity is a plus
