Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 caseload within a diverse educational setting. This contract role, located in Lowell, MA, offers an opportunity to work directly with students across all grade levels in a dynamic and bilingual environment. The assignment runs for the entire 2025-2026 academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students across K-12 grades
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Collect and analyze data to guide decision-making and monitor student outcomes
- Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior strategies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and district policies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid DESE license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with students from K-12 with diverse needs
- Comfortable serving a predominantly bilingual Spanish-speaking student population (approximately 70%)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in both English and Spanish are beneficial
