Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for a closed-door LTC pharmacy in Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume pharmacy and grow with a team-oriented environment. Candidates who are fast, efficient, and thrive in a busy setting will excel in this role.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 2:00pm 10:00pm OR 4:00pm 12:00am

• One weekend a month: Saturday/Sunday, 9:00am 7:00pm

• Flexibility for other shifts will be considered

Environment & Volume:

• Closed-door LTC pharmacy

• Daily volume: ~600 prescriptions

• Software System: Frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications in proper packaging (e.g., blister packs, unit-dose) for timely delivery to residents

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications while ensuring proper storage and expiration date monitoring

• Maintain accurate patient and medication records

• Support pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow in a high-volume environment

Requirements:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License

• PTCB Certification required

• Previous pharmacy experience required

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
