Job Description

The Family Medicine RN will assess, plan, organize, provide, and evaluate nursing care in an outpatient clinical environment. Responsibilities include telephone triage, managing patient flow, documenting in EPIC EMR, and supporting providers with patient care coordination. RN must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a clinic setting.Ax
