Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers clearly.
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule appointments and prioritize repairs.
- Maintain detailed service records and process payments efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with automotive technology and service procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer concerns professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
