Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, deadlines, and appointments.
• Prepare and organize documentation related to trusts and estates cases.
• Serve as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties such as greeting clients, answering calls, and directing inquiries.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to draft, edit, and format legal correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate client services by maintaining records, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks to optimize office efficiency.
• Assist in filing and organizing legal documents to ensure proper record-keeping.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and external parties to facilitate case progress.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proven experience in a legal assistant or administrative role, preferably with trusts and estates.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
