We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced IT Project Analyst with a strong background in business process automation, data analytics, and IT project coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, a solid understanding of data and workflow systems, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IT and business automation projects from initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to define business needs, functional requirements, and solution strategies.
- Develop and enhance automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support SQL Server database activities including data structure management, relational integrity, and performance validation.
- Apply AI and data insights to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful completion.
MUST HAVES
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing IT projects and working cross-functionally with technical teams.
- Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate (strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and database structures (strongly preferred).
NICE TO HAVES
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Apps, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Understanding of AI concepts and how to apply them within business environments.

- Employment Type: Direct Hire (permanent)
- Compensation Range: $81,000 $120,000 per year
