Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for K-12 students. This contract position offers a chance to deliver impactful therapy within the community, supporting students' developmental and educational needs.
Location: Andover, MA
Job Type: Contract, School Year (CSY)
Service Scope: In-home services, 2 sessions per week, each lasting 60 minutes
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students unique needs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and track student outcomes
- Adhere to all applicable guidelines, standards, and policies
Qualifications:
- Current license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with school-age children (K-12) in a therapeutic setting
- Ability to conduct effective in-home therapy sessions
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, families, and educational teams
- Commitment to supporting student growth and functional independence
