As a Clinical Specialist, your focus is on providing compassionate, hands-on support to students across their day-to-day routines. You collect vital signs, assist with g-tube feedings, reposition non-ambulatory students, and offer behavioral coaching through modeling and mentoring. You're a trusted partner to both the behavioral and nursing teams, collaborating to deliver top-notch care, assist with documentation, and ensure positive behavior support plans are followed with integrity. Whether you're accompanying a student to class, an appointment, or an outing-or responding calmly during a behavioral crisis-you act with professionalism, empathy, and precision. Every interaction becomes a moment to teach, connect, and uplift, making a lasting difference in the lives of those you support.
