Job DescriptionReal Estate Attorney Established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney for Residential & Commercial Practice in Lexington, MAAn established firm based in Lexington with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions, including closings, title review, and contract negotiation, and will work closely with clients, lenders, and brokers to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.Offer:
Salary range: $125,000-$155,000, depending on experience
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with match
Paid vacation and holidaysQualifications:
Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts and have 4-7 years of experience in real estate law.
Experience handling residential and commercial closings, title review, and contract drafting is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently.Responsibilities:
Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and related documents.
Conduct title examinations and resolve title issues.
Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and other parties to facilitate closings.
Advise clients on zoning, permitting, and land use matters.
