• Locations in Mansfield, North Attleboro, Plainville, Rehoboth. Well-established practices with existing panel to assume. Some specialists present on-site, depending on location.
• Full-time or part-time with options for flexible scheduling
• Full-time schedule includes 32 clinical hours, 8 administrative hours
• Must be comfortable seeing all ages, including pediatrics and adolescents
• Outpatient only, Shared call schedule by phone: 1 in 14
• Robust administrative support " MA, nursing triage, clinical pharmacist, coding support
