Clinician (Masters Level)
Location: Brockton HBT Team
Hours: 40 per week
Salary Range: up to $67,000 for unlicensed/
$67,000+ for licensed (LMHC, LADC1, LICSW, LMFT)

What You’ll Do:
Provide intensive, home and community-based family therapy to youth and families in crisis, utilizing a team-based model to stabilize the family unit and prevent hospitalization.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide individual and family psychotherapy.
- Deliver intensive support (Weekly Visits) with a flexible schedule to meet family needs, including evenings
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and secure necessary insurance authorizations.
- Facilitate team meetings with providers and families to ensure wraparound care.
What You Bring:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Experience: Experience providing therapy to youth and families; crisis intervention experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- A team-oriented and growth mindset.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
