Clinician (Masters Level)

Location: Brockton HBT Team

Hours: 40 per week

Salary Range: up to $67,000 for unlicensed/

$67,000+ for licensed (LMHC, LADC1, LICSW, LMFT)

What You’ll Do:
Provide intensive, home and community-based family therapy to youth and families in crisis, utilizing a team-based model to stabilize the family unit and prevent hospitalization.

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide individual and family psychotherapy.
  • Deliver intensive support (Weekly Visits) with a flexible schedule to meet family needs, including evenings
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and secure necessary insurance authorizations.
  • Facilitate team meetings with providers and families to ensure wraparound care.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
  • Experience: Experience providing therapy to youth and families; crisis intervention experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
    • A team-oriented and growth mindset.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
