<p>Job Description
<p>Production Supervisor, 4-10 hour days, 5-10 years experience in the Process Industries or 1-5 years with Technical background.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the daily activities of the production personnel</li>
<li>Delegate production assignments to appropriate personnel</li>
<li>Order all raw materials and supplies necessary to meet the production schedule.</li>
<li>Work with production personnel and maintenance department to run department efficiently with good quality and efficiency.</li>
<li>continually strive to improve quality and productivity within the department.</li>
<li>Adhere to and advocate all safety policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>* BS degree. 1- 5 years experience, or 5-10 years experience without degree.</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in production, manufacturing, engineering or other related fields</li>
<li>Some knowledge of production equipment</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
