As an Application Support Analyst, you will provide frontline user support across multiple systems. You will work closely with our IT/IS team members and members of the business operations to investigate problems with production systems and other ancillary software systems to resolve them in a timely manner. You will also work to help implement new systems, and contribute to our overall objective of improving business performance through system optimization and training.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide user support across multiple applications, most specifically, our ERP system, Business Central 14, our WMS system, Ifios (Aka Korber/HighJump), and other business related systems.
2. Assist in system integrations and various system implementations, i.e. design, execution, testing, documentation.
3. Coordinate and manage vendor support and tasks.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Follow all company safety policies and procedures including food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
2. Perform other job duties as assigned.
3. Travel to other sites.
4. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including on an on-call basis to respond to off-hours support issues.
5. Maintain current knowledge of existing technologies through ongoing research and training.
Education, Experience, and Skills
1. Technical Degree and 1-3 years’ experience or equivalent experience work experience.
2. Experience working in and supporting distribution and manufacturing operations in a consumer packages goods company.
3. Business Central, Infios\Korber\Highjump preferable.
4. Technical documentation is a plus.
5. Microsoft Environment & Office Suite.
6. Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
7. Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels of the organization.
8. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
9. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Pay range is $55,000 - $75,000 annually.
