Job Purpose:
The role of the Contract Review Tech is to review purchase orders, along with internal documents, and enter customer and order information into our ERP system, with cross training for compliance review. This role is a 40hr/week, Monday through Friday, 8-4:30pm.
Job Duties:
This position will report to the Contract Review Manager and be responsible for the following areas.
- Entering PO’s and packing slips into ERP system
- Reviewing for expired quotes, funding, and PO discrepancies
- Review P.O.s for compliance (Quality notes, DFARS, terms & conditions)
- Review and interpret customer drawings and specifications for compliance
- Review and/or create CPS (Component Process Specification)
- Create Job ID and router steps in Expandable
- Communicate any issues with P.O.s to Sales
- Respond to questions regarding orders not yet in production
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AS9100D
- General knowledge of reading and interpreting customer drawings
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Multi-Tasking and time management skills
- Recognition of Technical Terms relevant to electronic components and preparation services
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully with multiple departments
- Ability to work in a high pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer operating experience, with minimum:
- Microsoft Office
