Unique program and service for over 30 years seeking trauma clinician experienced or highly invested in the first responder population. We are a small intensive residential program using exposure work, peer support, psychoeducation, EMDR & IFS to help process disruptive trauma experienced throughout the lives of our clients. We are the first program to begin this work in the early 90's and have a history of compassion, kindness, and a culture of inclusiveness. There is no cost for our clients in Massachusetts as we believe first responders in our Commonwealth have already paid the price. Specifically our clientele, our firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, law enforfement, DOC employees, nurses, doctors, PA'S, and recently lawyers working with marginalized and exploited populations.
We expect to open a family center within the year to serve the families of these incredible people. Because of this, and the increased difficulty of these jobs, we are searching for dedicated candidates. We expect to find clinicians already trained but are willing to pay for continued education. We offer financial benefits such as a sign on bonus, investment fund with 3% matching, pay a high percentage of healthcare, dental, and vision along with malpractice insurance covering work with clients served within the agency. Salary commensurate with experience but higly competitive for working in a tranquil area of North Central Massachusetts.
