Compensation & Benefits:
Head Shift Leads earn between $21 and $24 per hour after tips. Full-time team members are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation and the option to enroll in comprehensive healthcare coverage. About the Role:

As a Head Shift Lead, you'll help drive that culture while taking on key operational responsibilities. You'll act as a mentor, trainer, and motivator for your team, while learning the skills necessary to grow into a future Assistant Manager or General Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Head Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for opening or closing the store, running smooth and efficient shifts, and providing real-time coaching and feedback to your team. You'll assist with onboarding and training, assign roles for each shift, and ensure team members are delivering the quality and service Crumbl is known for.
You'll also be responsible for overseeing the preparation and baking of cookies, monitoring quality control, and jumping in to support wherever needed. Cleanliness and safety are top priorities - you'll delegate and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure the bakery meets all food safety standards, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.
This role also includes helping with scheduling adjustments, responding to guest concerns, managing basic inventory tracking, and reporting key shift information to the store's leadership team. Above all, you'll set the tone for a fun, productive workday and lead by example in every area of the bakery.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with proven leadership experience, ideally in a food service or fast-paced customer-facing environment. You should have strong communication and multitasking skills, and feel confident resolving problems independently. You'll need to be comfortable using POS systems and technology, able to manage multiple moving parts, and committed to upholding health and safety standards.
You must be at least 18 years old, able to stand and walk for long periods, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation is required. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is a must, though we are happy to accommodate high school, college, or extracurricular schedules for the right candidates.
