Responsibilities:

  • Understend Project Scope, Deliverables and Associated Milestones
  • Identify Critical Syatems end the Risk Associsted
  • Deliver User Requirements as defined by User Requirement Brief
  • Review and understand site floor plans.
  • Engage Tech Product Owners for Preperation and Plenning of Technology Equipment and Services
  • Maintain GPST Scope Project Budget Parameters
  • Maintain Project Plan for Technology Products Deployment and Costs
  • Make recommendations for efficient and effective placement of furniture type, electrical and network jacks, and mounted IT equipment.
  • Identity IT and OT Network and Server Infrastructure Architecture and Provide Upgrade Plans if necessary.
  • Implement Solution Design goal and objectives that are in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan
  • Coordinate Vendor Services as they relate to the transformation program.
  • Coordinate with all work streams and the business to plan moves in accordance with the master
  • move plan.
  • Review Statement of Work for vendor deliverables
  • Manage Installation and equipment deliverables.
  • Host Project status update meetings with the business.

  • Low Voltage Wiring -Copper and Fiber Runs, Copper, and Fiber Patching
  • Network Cabinets, Patch Panels, Cabling
  • Core, Distribution & Access Switches, Firewall, Routers, and Wireless Controllers
  • Predictive Survey-Wireless Access Points
  • Office and Lab Wired Connections - Port Activations
  • Plan VPN access Recuirements.
  • Plan Virtual Machines Requirements
  • Plan Mac Users Requirements
  • Plan Linux Systems with 10G Port Requirements
  • Order, Schedule Installation and Commission of End User Devices
  • MFDs, Monitors, Telephony Services, Sound Masking. Lab Mini POs
  • App Space Digital Signage and Wayfinding Kiosks and sensors
  • Installation and Commission of Meeting Rooms and Digital Signage
  • Meeting Room Consultation Submitted to the Meeting Room Service Line
  • Review Floor Flans with Business and Project Teams for confirmation of Meeting Room Spaces Coordinate with Meetine Room Services for Bill of Materials based on Meeting Room Designs
  • Identify and Schedule AV Vendors for Installation
  • End User and Lab Support
  • Identify Locations for Support Teams, Tech Hub & (LOSM) Lab Computer Support Manegement
