Job Summary:
As an Automotive Technician at Clay Subaru, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals who value collaboration, integrity, and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to explain necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with dealership standards.
- Stay updated on Subaru vehicle technology and manufacturer guidelines through ongoing training.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely and high-quality repairs.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- ASE Certification (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (Subaru experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, computer systems, and repair manuals.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
