Data Visualization and Reporting:
· Create compelling Power BI reports and dashboards.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
BPO Metrics Proficiency:
· Leverage your understanding of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) metrics:
· Average Handling Time (AHT)
· First Call Resolution (FCR)
· Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance
· Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) o First Reply Time (FRT)
· Chat Concurrency
· Attrition
· Shrinkage
Analyze call center data and operational efficiency
T-SQL Expertise:
· Craft efficient T-SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI.
· Optimize data models and DAX calculations.
Microsoft Fabric Familiarity
· While Microsoft Fabric is relatively new, we value your experience with similar systems.
· Familiarize yourself with Microsoft Fabric and its integration capabilities.
· Independently train on Microsoft Fabric to contribute effectively.
Star Schema Design:
· Implement star schema principles for efficient data modeling.
· Structure fact tables, dimension tables, and relationships.
· Optimize query performance.
Advanced Power BI Features
Beyond the desktop app, explore:
Power BI Service:
§ Collaborate in the cloud.
§ Power BI Paginated Reports (formerly Report Builder): Create printable reports.
§ Real-Time Datasets: Stream live data for dynamic dashboards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Power BI Developer in the BPO Industry.
- Strong T-SQL skills and data modeling experience.
- Familiarity with BPO metrics and call center operations.
- Adaptability to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication for effective collaboration.
