Assignment Details

• Location: Londonderry, CT

• Specialty: Home Health RN

• Contract Length: 13 weeks with strong extension potential

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM, full-time hours

• Caseload: 46 points per day

• Documentation: OASIS proficiency required

• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), previously known as PointCare, strongly preferred

Requirements

• Active RN license in NH

• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience

• OASIS proficiency (SOC, recerts, discharges required)

• HCHB preferred
