Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries.
• Handle incoming correspondence and provide accurate information to clients and team members.
• Provide concierge services by addressing client needs and coordinating resources effectively.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and client referrals.
• Maintain an organized and attentive front desk area at all times.
• Assist in scheduling and managing appointments to optimize daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Uphold customer service standards by addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong skills in managing multi-line phone systems and inbound call handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse individuals.
• Familiarity with providing concierge services and client support.
