A well-established general contractor in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects ranging from $25M to $80M. This full-time leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on quality, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion

Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients

Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety protocols, and internal systems

Manage buyout, review scopes, and collaborate with estimating and accounting teams

Conduct regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in construction project management

Proven ability to lead $25M+ ground-up or major renovation projects

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficiency with Procore or other construction management platforms

Experience with both preconstruction and field coordination

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
