Opportunity: Field Calibration Technician

Your Objective: Install, commission, and calibrate our advanced automated ultrasonic inspection systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability that meets critical industry standards.

Your Contribution:

• Perform precise calibration and verification of ultrasonic inspection systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in hardware and software.
• Collaborate with engineering team to optimize system performance.
• Create and maintain calibration documentation.
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans.
• Utilize 3D laser trackers (Faro, API Leica) for precise mechanical alignment.
• Leverage spatial geometry and Cartesian coordinates.
• Bonus: Experience with VERSURF or other 3D metrology software.
• Travel (domestic/international) up to 50%.

Your Expertise:

• Strong communication skills for technical and customer interactions.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• A drive for continuous learning and independent problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility for short on-site training at client locations.
