Circle Surrogacy, LLC is the leading domestic and international gestational surrogacy agency in the world. We are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to play an integral role assisting our legal team in providing services for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors throughout their journey.
What you’ll do:
- Provide support to office visitors and ensure a personal and friendly experience.
- Open, scan, and distribute incoming mail.
- Physical and electronic filing, including, but not limited to, closing files, archiving files, and keeping meticulous records of files.
- Answer incoming client phone calls and direct appropriately.
- Working directly with clients and third parties, such as IVF Clinics and outside attorneys, as well as Circle’s various teams, such as mental health support workers, program coordinators, and trust accountants.
- Ability to manage high email volume and to prioritize important communications and respond within forty-eight (48) business hours.
- Additional tasks as needed, such as legal research, drafting contracts, helping other teams with various projects, training, and helping with insurance reviews and appeals.

- Ability to communicate information clearly and adept at building trusting relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working comfortably with sensitive information
- Time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where you can meet and exceed deadlines
- Ability to prioritize your day and pivot when urgent matters arise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM
