About the Role
As an IHT Clinician, you will play a vital role in supporting children, adolescents, and families by providing therapeutic services in their homes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients build skills, strengthen relationships, and achieve their goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide in-home therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with families to identify strengths, challenges, and goals.
- Offer guidance and support to help clients build coping skills and improve family dynamics.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
- Coordinate with other professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
- master’s-level behavioral health professional, such as social work, psychology, or counseling
- A strong understanding of family systems and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- A commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
