Manufacturing Test Engineer II

6+ months contract position

Client works a 9/80 schedule.



Overview:
Client is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead advanced debug and validation efforts for Intel-based server motherboards. This highly technical role calls for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in hardware-level diagnostics, as well as the vision to drive process improvement and test strategy innovation across teams.

Keys to the job:
*Debug Intel Processor Boards
*Debug and validation experience.
*Server Architecture experience.
*Looking for someone who can come up to speed quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead root-cause analysis and complex debug activities on Intel server motherboard platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation scripts.
- Collaborate with design, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve first-pass yields.
- Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency and reliability through automation, tool development, or workflow optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and set quality standards in test methodology and execution.
