Job Description

The Nurse Manager at the East Corinth Clinic is a full-time, exempt role combining clinical nursing and practice management.

• Provides direct patient care, including triage, immunizations, and health education, while supporting staff and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, workflow, and resource allocation, collaborating with leadership to improve quality and compliance.
• Supervises, mentors, and supports nursing and administrative staff, participating in recruitment and performance management.
• Requires an RN or LPN license in Vermont, with at least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary or community health, and supervisory skills.
