Job Title: Assembler – Light Manufacturing
Location: Acton, MA
Pay Rate: $19–$21/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Start between 6:30–7:00 a.m., finish between 3:00–3:30 p.m. (some flexibility available, but must maintain a consistent schedule)

About the Role
We’re looking for two additional Assemblers to join a growing light manufacturing team in Acton, MA! This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
You’ll be working on small-scale assembly projects that require steady focus and precision — for example:
- Placing stickers on plastic hubs
- Assembling small kits and components
- Performing quality checks using go/no-go gauges
- Applying product labels or decals to plastic parts with care and accuracy
If you enjoy meticulous work, have good hand-eye coordination, and take pride in producing high-quality results, this could be a great fit for you.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in assembly, packaging, or light manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on precise or repetitive tasks
- Steady hands and patience for small-part or label application work (similar to decal or wrap placement)
- Reliable attendance and a consistent daily schedule
