Automotive Technician (A-Level or High B-Level)
Sandy, UT
Monday–Friday
$35–$45 Flat Rate that includes Efficiency Bonuses (Hybrid Pay Plan)
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician to join a growing, team-focused shop in Sandy, UT. This is a great opportunity for a tech who enjoys diagnostics, working on a variety of vehicles, and continuing to grow their skill set through training and advancement.
You'll be working Monday through Friday with a strong emphasis on work/life balance, ongoing development, and a positive shop culture.

What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
-
A-Level or high B-Level technician
-
6+ years of automotive repair experience
-
Solid diagnostic ability
-
Comfortable using a scope
-
Familiar with OE diagnostic scan tools

Able to work on all makes and models
-
Proven track record of quality and efficiency

Strong research and problem-solving skills
-
Team-oriented mindset
-
Valid driver's license
Preferred (Plus)

EV repair experience (training available if needed)
Shop Environment
