<li>Conduct research and tests on product designs and manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for simulation and process design.</li>
<li>Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures.</li>
<li>Train staff on new processes, providing guidance and feedback.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.</li>
