Nurse Assistant Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Assistant, you will be vital in providing direct patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Monitor and record vital signs
Help patients with mobility and positioning
Maintain patient rooms and equipment cleanliness
Document patient information and report changes in condition
Assist with meals and monitor food/liquid intake
Support nursing staff with medical procedures
Respond promptly to patient calls and requests
Qualifications
Required
Current Nurse Assistant certification (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR certification
Basic computer skills
Physical ability to lift/move patients and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
