Position Details
SALARY: $25.00 - $26.00/hour
LOCATION: Salem, NH (On-site)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role
As the first face and voice of our firm, you'll play an essential role in supporting both our clients and internal team. We're seeking a reliable, organized, and professional individual who can manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
- Prepare, manage, and organize correspondence, reports, and client documentation related to our services.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination.
- Provide administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- 2+ years prior experience as a Front Desk Representative, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; additional education or administrative certifications a plus.
