CNC Machinist / Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to machine precision components using CNC mills and related equipment. If you enjoy producing tight-tolerance parts and improving machining processes, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines for each job
• Interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and SolidWorks models
• Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Use hand tools and measurement tools to verify accuracy
• Collaborate with engineering to improve tooling and machining methods
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
• Program CNC machines as required

What You Need

• Proven CNC machining experience
• CNC programming proficiency (G-code required)
• Ability to work with tight tolerances
• Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
• Strong understanding of machining, milling, and turning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and tooling setups
