Preventative Maintenance Technician

Description: Taylor Community is currently hiring an experienced Preventative Maintenance Technician to performs a variety of semi-skilled preventive maintenance services throughout Taylor Community buildings and properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs semi-skilled tasks that may include, but are not limited to:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliances
- Carpentry
- Painting (interior and exterior; sheetrock repair)
- Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Performs facility inspections, safety checks, and annual preventive maintenance (PM) checks.
- Assists with snow removal as required.
Total Compensation: We offer competitive wages and benefits, including:
- Full-time hourly position

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Facility/Building Maintenance or technical field.
- Ability to provide work references
- Strong dedication to customer service and ability to work independently
