We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA or HHA) to join our team in Orleans, MA. Youll provide vital support to individuals in various settings including nursing homes, hospice, and home care settings, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

What Youll Do

  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Help with mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises
  • Monitor food intake and vital signs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Report patient needs or changes in condition to nursing staff
  • Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow safety protocols
  • Document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)

What You Bring

  • Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)
  • First Aid and CPR Certified
  • Basic Life Support certification (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and support patients safely
  • Basic computer or mobile app skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy is maintained
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated
  • Experience in home care, nursing homes, ICU, or hospice care settings is a plus.
