THIS IS A CT-XRAY TECH NEED
LOCAL TRAVELERS (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. To avoid delays in processing, please provide perm address at profile upload.
Positions patient on examining table and adjusts immobilization devices as needed to obtain optimum views of specified area of body requested by Physician.
Must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures.
Moves radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment into specified position and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance.
Operates film processing equipment.
Operates mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in operating room emergency room or at patient's bedside.
Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff.
Ability to prioritize and organize daily work flow.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Dress code: Hospital blue scrubs (provided), business casual with a lab coat, basic plain personal scrubs. No hooded sweatshirts. Closed toe shoes-sneakers or clogs. Hair worn pulled back if longer than shoulder length, no dangling earrings
Submission Requirements
2+ years current CT - XRay Tech experience in a hospital setting - [Required]
MUST be proficient/highly experience with the following; Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portables, & OR c-arm - [Required]
MUST have experience with ALL ages groups - [Required]
NH MIRT TEMP EASILY OBTAINED WITH EQUIVALENT STATE LICENSE FOR CT/XRAY
Previous travel experience - [Preferred]
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
