J&E Precision Tool, Inc is expanding. As an ISO9001/AS9100 registered shop, we’re looking for a CNC Mill Setup/Operator who can turn complex aerospace prints into conforming parts, efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Plan jobs with the programmer, general manager, and production manager to align tooling, workholding, and cycle strategies.
• Set up mills and/or lathes: install/adjust chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicate vices; tram heads; and follow engineering standards.
• Monitor machines in-cycle and make necessary adjustments to hold tolerance and finish.
• Inspect and measure finished products against requirements; validate that processes are completed properly.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Execute preventive maintenance per maintenance sign-off sheets; follow manufacturer instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; and notify management so repairs can be scheduled.
• Operate additional machinery without supervision when needed.
• Complete required annual trainings for audit preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage time effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by top management.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN

What You Bring

• CNC Tooling knowledge
• AS9100 familiarity
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines
• Strong blueprint reading skills

• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) — Fanuc, Okuma, Matsuura
